Share | Yes, even highly regulated industries can leverage social media. & they can identify & implement efficient ways to minimize their risk. Social Media: an Opportunity more than the Risk     although (unless) U see, there`s still the lot of misconception about the risk, & 4 Z matter, the ROI of social media.

Share | Last week I`s in Hong Kong to contribute to my fourth event in Asia, ‘ Reputational Risk Management in the Financial Sector ‘ (Hong Kong, 19-21 Jan 2011). I delivered an interactive half-day workshop & the 45mn presentation, & I contributed to the lively discussion panel. The audience`s proved to B extremely interested in the topic of social media & online reputation & I`s pleasantly surprised by the high volume of questions.
